The goal of the of the albums "Actionable Header" project was to consolidate and increase use of key user actions related to album management within a “header”.

The team increased CSAT scores by 20% and decreased unsolicited feedback regarding album management nearly 90%.

This project was in conjunction with another project for vertical scroll of photos. The goal of the "vertical scroll" project was to create a responsive component that improved the photo timeline navigation and also be reusable for other teams to utilize.

The project increased the number of users uploading and storing photos on a regular basis. By improving the navigability of photos stored (updating the sites horizontal scrolling to a vertical scroll) and developing a dynamic component photo first revenue increased by 10.8%, $4.4M.
